DAY 17 18 & 19

What can I say it is really hard to blog every single day. I have stuck with the cleanse though! So don't think I fell off the wagon or anything. Now I have quite a bit of catch up to do. On Friday we headed down to Grantsville so I could do a facial presentation with Megan and it was a lot of fun. I hope they enjoyed it as much as I did. here is the Log:

DAY 17
Breakfast: 2 Scoops of Chocolate Protein powder (Arbonne), 4 oz. of Almond milk, 2 tsp. Fiber, 1 tsp Almond Butter - So yummy, but soo filling I could barely finish it.
Snack: Finished the Morning shake - then had a Energy Go Fizz -Pomegranate

We went back out to Grantsville to visit with family and attend the Anderson Family reunion, it was great to visit with everyone again. We also got to sneak over and visit with Cody and Alexa and their Little man Connor. He and Lyla played a little more this time, and they bonked heads pretty good too, so I can see a promising future between them-Hehe We got home put Lyla to Bed and Brett and I got to finally sit down and watch Jack Reacher, I thought it was actually pretty good. The pessimistic side of me wishes that the judicial system worked this way.

DAY 18
Morning Run in Murray in the Rain :(
Breakfast: Vanilla On-the-Go shake
Snack: Handful of Almonds/Cashews - Raw
Lunch: Chicken Sautéed in Coconut oil and flavored with Smoked Paprika, Garlic, onion Over Dark Leafy Green Lettuce Mixture - Berry Vinaigrette
Snack: Leafy Green Salad at The Anderson Family  reunion and a handful of Baby Carrots
Dinner:2 Scoops of Chocolate Protein powder (Arbonne), 4 oz. of Almond milk, 2 tsp. Fiber, 1 tsp Almond Butter

Today we were so lazy. Bug slept in until like 8:45am which is a record for her. We slept in also, and we felt pretty spoiled, until Church. We were late as we aren't used to sleeping in so long and I love to make Sunday breakfast, even when I can't participate. So I made pancakes with coconut Syrup for Brett and Bug. We got to church and Lyla was DONE halfway through Junior Primary Sharing time. I tried to give her a bottle and help her to nap, but the volume of 8,9, 10 year old boys running around, banging on doors and screaming on the stage made sure that did not happen. So I sent Brett home with her to put her down. I know that was so lame, but it was just one of those days and we couldn't last any longer. Then I got home from church and Brett had lunch ready, then we all just took a family nap. Haha Lyla says "Stop it" "Baby" "Yummy" "Daddy and Mom" "Tubby" and "Hi / Bye" So Crazy! She also LOVES her Baby. She got a baby doll for her Birthday from Bonnie, and She is so in love with that baby, she even feeds her the bottle. She took two steps by herself the other day and she is soo busy all the time. I LOVE being her mommy. So here is the log
 for today-

Breakfast:2 Scoops Vanilla Arbonne Protein Shake, 4 oz. Almond Milk, 1 Tsp. Almond Butter, teeny drizzle of Pure vanilla extract, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, 1/4 cup pure pumpkin Puree, 1/8 cup water, 9 ice cubes - Couldn't finish it again.
Snack: Handful of carrots- tsp. Almond Butter
Lunch: 2 large eggs, Diced onions, Brown rice - Sautéed in EVOO.
Snack: Handful of Almonds
Dinner: Brown Rice/Veggie noodles, with Pumpkin puree spaghetti sauce. Surprisingly good. So here is how I made it -

Diced Two carrots and one Sweet potato - Sautéed in Coconut oil and added diced Garlic
Once soft I added the rest of the can of Pumpkin Puree after those two shakes So probably like 2/3 can. And one small can of tomato sauce no sodium added. Basil, Oregano, Sea Salt, Pepper, Parsley, Stock to loosen it up, and just simmered till the flavors combined. So it was kind of a Vegetarian night. Brett said it was good, and Lyla scarfed it down, So I am calling it a creative Success :)
