DAY 8 (Week 2)

I had another pretty good day today... so far. I am going into the Lions Den tonight folks. It's Bunco tonight and one of my friends in the group owns Kneaders with her husband. So we are having it at the Restaurant and apparently they are serving Breakfast for Dinner, French Toast to be exact. Yeah, the kneaders French Toast, and then for Dessert she is letting us all pick whichever dessert we want. I am just going to be strong. I have already seen amazing results so there is no reason to give up now. So as for the promised results:

So as you can see the BBL work outs are the funnest so that is where I am losing the most inches. I need to work on my arms and upper body though, so I don't look weird. I did the BBL - Tummy Tuck and Bum Bum work outs today.

Breakfast: Detox herbal Tea and 1/2 pomegranate energy fizz stick - 3 cups of water
Snack: Handful of Almonds and some dried cranberries
Lunch: Arbonne Chocolate Protein Shake
Snack: Clean Corn Chips and guacamole and salsa
Dinner: Sweet Potatoes (1 cup), 4oz. Chicken Breast - I normally would have done BACON but we are eating clean. Oregano, basil, and Garlic and Green onions
